This is meant to be a transformative retreat designed to reconnect you with nature and your authentic self. The Goddess Garden is hidden in 14 acres of Rainforest in Cahuita, Costa Rica. This immersive experience blends the power of yoga with the wild beauty of the jungle.

This retreat offers a dynamic mix of vinyasa flow, yin, gentle yoga, rocket yoga and variety of workshops, excursions, along with a few other surprises. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll explore your inner landscape while grounding yourself in the natural world around you.

With a private and serene beach just a 5 min walk away and a peaceful sloth calling the retreat grounds home, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, rewild and reconnect to your roots. Whether you’re seeking restoration, adventure, or a deeper connection to the earth, Rewilding Roots will provide the space to rejuvenate, flow, and grow. This retreat is being lead by myself, Ellie Lucas and my good friend and peer Leah Harvey. We had so much fun leading our first one together, that we decided to keep the momentum going! Our friends and peers Lisa and Kristi will be joining as guest teachers to teach some of the things they are most passionate about which include Ayurveda, Myofascial release and Philosophy.
