You’ve tried therapy, journaling, yoga, meditation apps, podcasts. Some helped for a while, but now they feel like surface-level support for something that runs deeper.
You’re tired, even after resting. The smallest things feel overwhelming. You’re stuck in your head, looping through the same thoughts, trying to figure out what’s wrong. Your body feels tight, tense, tired or like it’s not even yours.
You want to feel at ease in your body. To stop performing and start living. To rest without guilt. To feel steady, soft, whole.
You don’t want another to-do list. You want space. Support and a place to be seen.
When you stay in your head and keep pushing through, disconnection becomes the default. You manage, cope, perform, but underneath, you’re tired. Your body feels like it’s holding a lifetime of tension, emotion, and effort.
If nothing changes, burnout stays. You keep looping in self-doubt. Rest doesn’t land, your relationships suffer. Your breath stays shallow, your body remains on high alert, and that deeper version of you, the one that feels free, grounded, alive, feels further away.

I get it. I’ve been there too, but somatic coaching, yoga and energy work aren’t about having the right words or fixing yourself.
It’s about learning to listen inward to create change through presence, not pressure.
I’m Ellie. I’m a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and facilitator of retreats and workshops based in Washington.
Interconnected Wellness was born from a desire to offer a supportive space for reconnection. My offerings weave together movement, breath, rest, nature and ritual. I bring a trauma informed lens, compassion and deep belief in the wisdom of the body.
Everything I share is rooted in the principles of holistic wellness, honoring your body, your energy and your pace.
This isn’t therapy. It’s a space to return to yourself and your body’s natural wisdom.
This work doesn’t ask you to try harder. It invites you to feel.
Somatic coaching, reiki and yoga meet you in your body, not just your thoughts. Together, we explore breath, stillness, movement, sensation and you learn how to build a relationship with yourself that doesn’t rely on pushing through.
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a path toward something deeper: trust, presence and aliveness.
